Allie is a Venture Fellow, focusing on exploring new investment themes and incubating new companies that could potentially become series A investment.

During her decade in medtech, Allie has influenced and contributed to the development of dozens of medical technologies. Prior to joining Santé, Allie was the Head of Business Development at SparkMed (a Santé Accel portfolio company) where she worked with clients in the healthcare space to define value, landscape market segments, develop pitch decks, and inform strategy for new innovations. Before joining SparkMed, Allie completed the Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellowship where she identified unmet needs within healthcare, invented novel technologies, and mapped a path to implementation. Before joining Biodesign, Allie was an R&D engineer at Mercator MedSystems (Series D) and Eko Health (Series A), where she developed and launched second-generation cardiovascular devices.

Allie is also an Engineering Coach for the Biodesign Faculty Fellowship at the Stanford Mussallem Center for Biodesign and President of the Stanford Biodesign Alumni Association. She teaches the Biodesign process and coaches Stanford faculty as they work to translate projects from the lab to the real world. Through both Biodesign roles, she enjoys building community and making connections across the healthcare ecosystem.

Allie earned her BS and MS in biomedical engineering with honors from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo.
