Brandon focuses on exploring new investment themes and incubating new companies that could potentially become Series A investments.

An engineer by training and an entrepreneur at heart, Brandon has spent 20 years developing innovative medical device technologies. He thrives in the chaos of early-stage companies, where he believes he can make the biggest impact and have the most fun.

Previously Brandon served as COO at Tangible, a contact lens company he co-founded out of the Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellowship in 2011. At Tangible, he had the privilege to build and scale a company from a white board sketch into a global business, improving the lives of over +250K patients around the world. Brandon has been involved in developing devices across a variety of clinical areas in start-up, contract manufacturing and large company settings.

Brandon is also an Assistant Director for Invention Accelerator Program, at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign. He identifies high potential medtech projects within the university setting and prepares them to transition into commercial companies.

Brandon earned a BS in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo.
