Biography

Diane is focused on creating and executing initiatives to operationalize, attract and retain talent.

Prior to joining Santé, Diane served as West Region Leader for PwC’s Executive Networking and Career Transitions group. She also led recruitment initiatives across J.P. Morgan, UBS and Deutsche Bank. She serves as a Commercial Diversity Council Member for Mass General Brigham’s Innovation Group, enabling MGB’s diverse faculty and executives to learn firsthand about board service and opportunities.

Diane has an entrepreneurial wiring and spends her time outside the office partnering alongside other entrepreneurs and growing companies with social causes. She earned her B.S. in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University.

The incredible intellect of the founders combined with the team's authentic humility and passion for positively impacting lives and creating innovative change for the healthcare system.
