Kyle Schroeder joined Santé in 2025. Prior to Santé, he served as an Associate at Starwood Property Trust in New York City, where he focused on deal execution and portfolio management within the infrastructure finance group. Earlier in his career, Kyle was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo in Houston.Kyle holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he graduated cum laude and was honored as a Terry Scholar.
