Biography

Rosemary focuses on exploring new investment themes and incubating new companies that could potentially become Series A investments.

Prior to joining Santé, Rosemary was Director of Business Development and M&A at GE Healthcare, where she supported acquisitions, divestitures, and minority investments across medical devices, diagnostics, and HCIT sectors. She also worked in Medtronic’s corporate development group, Pritzker Private Capital’s private equity team, and William Blair & Company’s healthcare investment banking division.

Rosemary earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard College. She currently serves as a Board Member with the Harvard Club of Austin.

What is something most people do not know about you?

My best friend and I almost got lost in a sandstorm while camel trekking through the Sahara desert in Morocco.

What was your first-ever business idea?

Five of my business school classmates and I founded a card game company called Sass Code (similar to Cards Against Humanity but with female-centric humor), which curated content from Boston improv artists. It was a hit at bachelorette and house parties.
