Biography
Ryan Hall joined Santé Ventures’ investment team in 2022. Before joining Santé, he was an Analyst at The Carlyle Group, where he provided deal execution, portfolio management, and fundraising services for their International Energy and Asia Buyout & Growth funds. Ryan graduated summa cum laude from William & Mary with a BBA in Finance.

The unique opportunity to work with a talented and intelligent group of people while investing in companies that improve the health and well-being of others.
What is something most people do not know about you?
I played baseball at William & Mary. During my sophomore season, we made it to the regional final (Elite 32), a run that included an improbable come-from-behind win featured in the Washington Post and knocking off the defending national champions.
